High-Tech Gründerfonds
The High-Tech Gründerfonds in Bonn (HTGF) is Germany’s most active early-stage investor. With a total volume of about 576 million euros, the HTGF, which receives half of its support from the Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy, supports newly founded companies that turn promising research results into successful businesses.
In addition to the Federal Republic of Germany and the KfW bank group, another 18 commercial corporations such as Bayer, BASF, Daimler, Carl Zeiss, SAP, Robert Bosch, Deutsche Telekom, and Deutsche Post DHL are among the investors of the public-private partnership.
