- often idle during series production launch, no option for flexible utilization (costs!)
ALUVATION system (see graphic at right):
- at the series production launch, heat treatment is handled in the ALUVATION Technology Center (ATC) in Paderborn
- as volume increases: addition of an ALUVATION Center (AC)
- when a production peak is reached: add ALUVATION modules to the customer’s location, and in an ATC or AC to cover heavy demand as needed
